I’m John Rusev, co-owner and operations manager of Rock Solid Septic ~ Excavation. I handle most customer calls, estimates, scheduling, and coordination between the property owner and our crews. Before we quote a permitted installation or repair, I want to understand what SCDES approved and what the property will require in the field.
Alex Rusev holds our South Carolina Tier 3 installer license, OSWWI0667. I hold our pumping and hauling license, OSWWP0109. You can read what those credentials cover in our
guide to septic licensing in South Carolina.
The permits and license numbers matter, but the completed work matters too. In Moore, our team
relocated a working drainfield to make room for a pool while preserving the use of the property. In Inman, an
emergency pump-out revealed a larger system problem, and the team completed the full repair the next morning.
